Every item we tried was over-the-top delicious, so many flavors. Farm-fresh, local ingredients, prepared in creative ways. DO NOT pass this one up, if you're anywhere near it or have the opportunity to go. The food alone is more than enough to bring me back, but also the staff was attentive and friendly, and the cocktails (and mocktails) were very nice. There was indoor and some outdoor seating; indoors was louder with conversation and more a/c. We'll be back!

This is a classic Californian farm to table restaurant. We dined here with friends some time ago and had a great meal. The price point is on the higher end and some dishes do feel a bit over priced compared to others. Over all, while I would recommend it to someone who is specifically looking for this type of restaurant in Santa Monica, I wouldn't say it's destination-worthy.

My husband and I had a delightful time at Rustic Canyon. We ordered the trout, duck, pork chop, and sourdough spaghetti. The pork chop was a bit salty for my taste buds , but my husband found it yummy. The trout, with the roe and dill, was quite delicious. For dessert, the peach cake and honeycomb ice cream truly stole the show, while the coconut rice pudding, though slightly overpowered by blueberries, was still enjoyable. Overall, we were impressed and would definitely return.
